An online collection of tried and tested recipes from friends and family of students and staff that can be collated into a charity cookbook by ILS students.We want traditional (and modern) Welsh recipes or anecdotes about local food and traditions.
The book will be available for St Dwinwyn's Day our Welsh version of St Valentine.
